Our growth journey

Founded in 2010, Mercury Capital has been investing in growing private businesses across Australia and New Zealand for over 15 years. Over this time we have been highly focused on partnership investments, with our average shareholding ~50% across 27 platform investments.

We have grown our business and team steadily over this period, including raising four separate funds to date. Funds 1 and 2 are now fully exited and generated market-leading returns for both investors and shareholder partners. Fund 3 is fully invested, and we are now in the process of investing out of our fourth fund, Fund twenty2, which has A$1 billion of committed capital.
