TEG holds ~70% market share in Australia and New Zealand for ticketing for large concerts and top tier sports events primarily via its core ticketing brand, Ticketek, and is a leader in event promotion with a focus on tier 1 concerts. TEG employs ~500 staff across its operations in Australia, New Zealand, South East Asia and the United Kingdom.

Mercury acquired a ~7% shareholding in TEG in March 2020.
