Dean has a combined 12 years of private equity and consulting experience including four years at Boston Consulting Group (Melbourne and New York) before joining Mercury Capital in 2018.

His current directorships include ResourceCo, Fyfe and Forsyth Barr.

Dean holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Valedictorian, Honours in Economics) from the University of Melbourne.
