Joshua has a combined 15 years of private equity and investment banking experience including five years in the Investment Banking Division of Rothschild & Co, Australia before joining Mercury Capital in 2018.

He has broad experience across transactions with enterprise values ranging from $50m – $8bn with responsibility for investment origination, deal execution and due diligence, portfolio company oversight and leading exit processes.

Joshua's current directorships include E&P Financial Group and JMC.

He holds a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Auckland.
