Jillin was previously a consultant at McKinsey & Company, before joining Mercury Capital in 2025. She has consulting experience focused on strategy, growth and commercial excellence for clients across a range of industries in ANZ. Jillin also led the strategy and commercial function of a robotics start-up in Hong Kong.

Jillin holds a Bachelor of Laws (Valedictorian) and Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Auckland.
