Dominic was previously a consultant at Bain & Company, before joining Mercury Capital in 2022, having worked on buy-side/sell-side transactions, growth strategy and performance improvement across a range of industries (technology, consumer products, transportation, and energy & natural resources) and geographies (Australia, Europe, and Asia).

Dominic is currently a director of Mercury Capital portfolio companies Fyfe and Paramount.

He holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Hons) and Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Canterbury.
