Nick was previously a consultant at Boston Consulting Group in Sydney and London, before joining Mercury Capital in 2025. He has experience advising on buy-side/sell-side transactions, growth strategy and performance improvement across a range of industries (grocery & retail, consumer goods, technology, financial institutions and healthcare).

Nick holds a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Sydney.
