Joshua has a combined 14 years of private equity and investment banking experience including four years at UBS, Australia before joining Mercury Capital in 2016.

He has broad experience across deal origination and due diligence, portfolio management and investment realisation.

Joshua's current Directorships include Matrix Education, Green by Nature and JMC.

He holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Law (First Class Honours) from Monash University (Melbourne).
